Do I need to be fluent in Spanish?

No. This training is designed for healthcare professionals who already know some Spanish but struggle to use it during real patient interactions. You don’t need perfect grammar you need functional communication.

I understand Spanish but panic when patients respond differently. Is this normal?

Yes this is the most common problem at intermediate level. We train flexible response patterns so you don’t depend on memorized phrases.

Is this a class or a course?

Neither in the traditional sense. It’s clinical communication training focused on real situations you face during your shift, not textbook lessons.

Is the training personalized to my specialty?

Yes. Scenarios are adapted to your clinical area (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Pediatrics, etc.)

What happens during the assessment?

We simulate a short patient interaction and identify exactly where communication breaks down comprehension, speed, or response structure. After that, you’ll receive a clear learning plan.

Do you teach medical terminology?

Yes, but always inside real conversations. Terminology alone doesn’t solve communication problems.
